Title: Sugar Stuffed Apples

9		Cooking apples
1/2	c	Brown sugar; packed
1	ts	Cinnamon
1/4	c	Chopped pecans

Core apples, wash. Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon together. Pack sugar mixture into cored apples. Arrange applies in crockpot. Cover and cook at 300 degrees F for 6 to 8 hours.
